When do I Contribute(order)


The schedule for ordering is listed on the Meue bar, in facebook groups, as well as in the market place.  Order will open starting on Sunday  prior to Saturday pick up, and will close Wednesday at midnight.  Ordering is scheduled every two weeks, with the exception of Holidays, special events, or other occasions.

 

How do I Order?

Using PayPal:

Go to PayPal-->send money--> HHFCoop@Hotmail.com -->Choose family/friend --> $20.00 per Basket of produce, and add all your other add-ons -->include your email, phone, What you ordered and Where you will be picking up your produce.

So for example:

JaneSmith@hotmail.com   478-555-1234 Ordered: 1 basket ($20), 1 dozen eggs ($3), snap beans ($20), Fruit pack ($14) Basket fee ($1.50) Total--$58.50 I will be picking up in Forsyth.

 

Using the online Market Place: (there is a small service fee which is included in the prices)

  • Pick up time:  9:30 am to 10:00 am

Warner Robins:

  • Location:   Tractor Supply 6010 Watson Blvd, Byron

  • Pick up time: 10:30 am to 11: 00 am

Macon:

  • Location:    Tractor Supply 5301 Eisenhower Pkwy, Macon

  • Pick up time: 11:30 am

Columbus: 

  • Location:   Tractor Supply 6713 Flat Rock Court STE 100 Columbus

  •  Pick up time: 8:30 am to 9:00 am

Miledgeville

  • Location: 1850 N Columbia Street, Side parking lot of Tractor Supply

  • Pick up time:  7:45 am to 8:15 am

What is Included in the Basket?

 

Generally is it 50% fruit and 50% vegetables. During Holidays we do our best to use holiday items.  We also Use seasonal items to ensure freshness, and quality. Occasionally we introduce a new or uncommon item as to give a variety and encourage trying new produce.  We never know what will be in the baskets.  However, we do listen to member input as to what they would like.

 

What is an "Extra and Specialty Pack?"

Extras, are additional items, which can be purchased with the regular produce basket, such as free range brown eggs, or case items for canning, granola, organic soaps.  Specialty Packs, often times it is a themed pack (such as Juicing or Italian.) Member input for Themed packs are Welcome and expected. Occasionally we offer seasonal cases of produce.  Often co-op members will split a case.  Splitting cases are the responsibility of the co-op members who purchasing them.
